Privacy policy
What data we collect
The data you give us when you fill in the form or write to us on WhatsApp: name, email, phone number and the message with your inquiry. We don't ask for anything we don't need to reply to you. In addition, the site's own analytics record how the pages are used, as explained in the cookie policy. If you accepted all cookies, the inquiry you send is linked to the pages you viewed during that visit.
What we use it for
To answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal for you. We won't send you advertising unless you expressly agreed to it.
Why we can process it
Because of your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw whenever you like. We keep the data for as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers needed to deliver the service, such as site hosting and email. If you choose “Accept all” in the cookie notice, to estimate your approximate city we may send your IP address to ipapi.co, a geolocation service with servers outside Argentina: that international transfer is made with your consent and your IP is not stored. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, rectification, updating or deletion of your data by writing to admin@tecnitech.com, as provided by Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection. The data subject has the right to exercise the right of access to their data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown for that purpose, in accordance with Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25.326. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), as the supervisory authority of Law No. 25.326, has the authority to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules in force on personal data protection.
Site language, region and approximate country
The first time you visit the site, to choose the language (Spanish, English, Portuguese or Italian) and show you the nearest contact first, our server infers your approximate country from your IP address. If the hosting already tells us the country, nothing more is needed; otherwise we send your IP to ipapi.co, a geolocation service with servers outside Argentina, only to obtain the country. We do not store your IP or the country: the only thing kept is a temporary 24-hour cache linked to an irreversible code (hash), not to your IP. If the country cannot be obtained, we use your browser language. Your language choice is saved in the functional cookie “tt-lang” for 1 year, and you can change it at any time from the language selector. The same detection also saves your region (Latin America or Europe) in the functional cookie “tt-region” for 1 year, only to show you the contact of the nearest region first.
