Cookie policy
What cookies are
They are small files that a site stores in your browser so it can work or so it can learn how it's used. The browser's local storage serves the same purpose, and in this policy we treat it the same as cookies.
Technical cookies and similar storage
They are essential and don't need your permission. This site doesn't install cookies: it saves your cookie choice in your browser's local storage (“tt-ck”) and, while the tab is open, a random identifier for your visit (“tt-sid” and “tt-ses”), which is deleted when you close it and is used for the measurement explained below.
Your own analytics
Visit data is stored on our own server, not with third-party analytics services, and it is deleted automatically 400 days after each visit's last activity (or sooner, if we delete it). Always, including while you haven't chosen yet or if you choose “Necessary only”, we anonymously record the pages you view, how long you stay and how far down you scroll on each, the device type and screen width, where you came from (for example, a search engine or a social network), the steps of the form and which type of button you tap (WhatsApp, call, contact, a question or other), without its text or position. We do not store your IP address, browser, operating system, language or city.
If you choose “Accept all”
We also record which buttons and links you tap and where on the page, your operating system, browser, language, time zone and approximate city. To estimate the city, we may send your IP address to ipapi.co, an external geolocation service with servers outside Argentina; your IP is not stored.
Advertising cookies
We don't use them. If that ever changes, we'll ask you before turning them on.
How to change your decision
From “Cookie preferences” in the footer of any page, or from your browser settings, where you can also delete any that already exist.
Site language
Functional cookie “tt-lang”: it stores the language you chose, or the one detected on your first visit (Spanish, English, Portuguese or Italian), so the site always appears in that language. It lasts 1 year, does not identify anyone and does not need your permission. To detect it, the first visit infers your approximate country from your IP on our server (we only send it to ipapi.co if the hosting does not provide the country; nothing is stored except a temporary 24-hour cache linked to a hash). We also store the same value in your browser's local storage under the same name. With that same detection we save your region (Latin America or Europe) in the functional cookie “tt-region”, which lasts 1 year, does not identify anyone and does not need your permission: it only serves to show you the contact of the nearest region first. It is also stored in local storage under the same name.
