01What was happening
Reception was getting about seventy calls a day and one in three went unanswered. On top of that, unconfirmed appointments left gaps nobody could fill in time.
02What we did
We set up a WhatsApp assistant that suggests free slots, books, and reminds patients of their appointment the day before, connected to the clinic's schedule. If a patient has a clinical question, it hands over to reception. We also rebuilt the website, with direct booking.
